TROUBLE CALLS - (611):

ASTCA will maintain and repair its furnished equipment at the customer's premises at no cost to the customer.

Customer furnished equipment will be maintained at $30.00 per trouble call.
 

MANU'A RESIDENTIAL RATES:

Manu'a telephone installation charges are identical to Tutuila residential rates, plus 25% for shipping cost and transportation expenses for telephone installers.

Monthly rates and toll charges are the same throughout the Territory.
 

AUNU'U RESIDENTIAL RATES:

Aunu'u telephone installation charges are identical to Tutuila residential rates, plus 10% for shipping costs and transportation expenses.

Monthly rates and toll charges are the same throughout the Territory.

 Caller Identification allows the user to see the number of the party calling before answering the telephone. In addition, the date and time of each call received can be displayed. A special display device is required and must be furnished by the customer before applying for Caller I.D. The customer selects and owns this device. Caller I.D. is currently available in 633, 644, and 699 exchange areas only.

 DIRECTORY ASSISTANCE (411):

Local Operator Assistance (411) service charges are established to charge customers that have exceeded their 10 free directory assistance calls during each monthly billing period. Calls to local operator assistance (411) in excess of the free calls are charged at the rate of 20 cents per call.
 
Note:   The Directory Assistance Operator may handle up to two number requests per directory assistance call.
