ASTCA provides local dial-up capabilities to the World Wide Web through its Internet Service Provider (ISP) domain, samoatelco.com. Service is provided upon completion of a signed disclaimer regarding use of your Internet connection by children in your location and an Internet set-up service order.   INTERNET SERVICE FEE:  Service Order and Activation Fee  $15.00   The Internet basic monthly charge of $20 for the first 20 hours is billed monthly to your telephone account even if there is no log-on activity during that month. The information will also be posted to your telephone bill where payment is to be applied.  BASIC INTERNET AND E-MAIL SERVICE:  1st 20 hours   $20.00  Next 10 hours ($0.75/hr)  $7.50  Each additional hour ($0.50/hr)   ADDITIONAL SERVICES: Up to four additional e-mail accounts per active username. Service Order fee for activation of each additional mailbox $10.00. Monthly charge per mailbox $6.00     SPECIAL RATES: Schools, libraries, and health service providers are eligible for discounts under Universal Service Provisions. Details of these discounts and discount rates are currently under review.
